RUTH SHEEHAN

Ruth C. Sheehan, 63, of 15 Vedado Lane, died Friday, December 11, 2009.

Born in Boiling Springs, Mrs. Sheehan was the wife of Henry David Sheehan and the daughter of the late Alexander and Leola Brown Culbreth. She was employed as a Nursing Assistant with St. Francis Hospital and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Hooper of Greenville; a son, Scott Sheehan of Michigan; two grandchildren, Sasha Sheehan of the home and David Hooper, Jr.; a brother, Simon Culbreth of Campobello; and three sisters, Myrtle Jolly of Boiling Springs, Edna "Polly" Bush of Chesnee, and Minnie Lee Hipp of Inman. She was preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette Mahon; and a brother, Roy Culbreth.

A funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. on Sunday, December 13, 2009, in the Northwest Chapel of Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, with visitation following the service until 8 p.m.

Memorials may be made to Hospice House of Greenville, 1836 West Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29680.

The family is at the residence.

Chloe




Head to heels, Chloe now measures about 13 1/2 inches. Her weight — a pound and a half — isn't much more than an average rutabaga, but she's beginning to exchange her long, lean look for some baby fat. As she does, her wrinkled skin will begin to smooth out and she'll start to look more and more like a newborn. She's also growing more hair — and if you could see it, you'd now be able to discern its color and texture.

Breakfast Casserole


1 LB. bulk sausage
1 lb Bacon
4 slices of bread, cut into 1/2" cubes
6 to 8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of mixed onion and bell peppers (optional)

Crumble sausage and bacon in a medium skillet, cook over medium heat until
brown, stirring occassionaly. Drain well. (OPTIONAL)Sautee onions and bell
peppers and drain. Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12 X 8 X 2" baking dish top
with sausage, bacon and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, seasonings, beat well and
pour over cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40
minutes or until set. Yield: 6-8 servings

It is advisable to consume more of proteins, as it takes a longer time to break up protein food for digestion, meaning that you will be able to burn more calories. In fact all your meals should contain some form of protein food.
